2013 CCE Call for Nominations
The CSUCI Center for Community Engagement (CCE) announces a call for nominations for Engagement Awards in four categories for 2013. Three awards recognize outstanding contributions in the area of community engagement by an individual (community partner, student, and faculty); a fourth award recognizes an outstanding reflective essay on community service and engagement. Through the Engagement Awards, the CCE seeks to identifyand recognize innovative, high impact practices on the part of our stakeholders that promote the greatest service and learning throughout the extended CI community. Each award is described below, followed by information on how to submit nominations. Please note that CCE Engagement Awards signify uncommon merit, so each award will not necessarily be given every year. Self-nominations will be accepted for all awards (although the perspective of an external nominator is particularly valued).
